Shipping Policy

How do you handle shipping?
All CoEdit prints are carefully packed in either reinforced tubes or flat boxes depending on print size and framing, and each package is custom designed to prevent damage during shipping. All artwork purchased from our registered artists will be packaged by CoEdit’s printing vendor, and we make no representations or warranties as to the integrity of such packaging. Once your ordered is shipped, we will email you the tracking number so you can monitor your shipment directly. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. All shipped items come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artist in addition to information about the artist, artwork and care instructions.

 

How is sales tax calculated on my order?
Sales tax is only charged to those who order from and ship to Illinois. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

 

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time based on your address.  You will see the shipping rate before you complete your order.
When does my order ship?
Print only orders ship within 10 business days of placing your order.  Framed works ship within 15 business days.  Generally orders arrive within 1-5 business days from the ship date.

 

Do you ship internationally?
We do not typically ship internationally. Please contact us — we'd like to make it work if we can. Email us at info@coeditcollection.com for more details, including a shipping estimate to your location.

 

What happens in the event of shipping damage?
If proof of shipping damage is provided, CoEdit will replace the print with free shipping. If the print was part of a limited edition and is sold out at the time the replacement is needed, we will refund your account. That said, as soon as you receive your print, please inspect it and get in touch with us immediately via email: info@coeditcollection.com. 

 

Return Policy

Please note: in order to qualify for a return, you must meet the following criteria — Prints must be postmarked for return within 14 days of receipt of your print. Original receipt of your print is determined by the tracking information provided by our shipping provider; prints must be in original, saleable condition, free of defects, dents, fingerprints, smudges, etc. Damaged prints cannot be accepted for return; prints must be mailed back in all original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Return Intructions 

If you would like to return your print,email us at info@coeditcollection.com with "RETURN" as the subject of the email. Please include your order number and specific reason for the return.

Please fill out the "Return Form" and include it in your return shipment so we can credit your account. Pack this form and the artwork back in the original packaging with all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. Ship it to Gotham Imaging, 37 West 26th Street, 2nd Floor.New York, NY 10010. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please note that we must receive the print in original, saleable condition.  Prints that are damaged cannot be accepted for return.
